EL&N is looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to join the team; someone who knows their PnLs inside out, who is on top of their GPs, whilst also coaching and communicating with the team to reach their true potential.
Please find below a list of your responsibilities within your job role as General Manager:
- Full of personality, flair and individuality
- Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
- Able to understand the financials, and be in control of labour and operational costs
- Fully accountable for stock results and PnLs
- On top of time management, communication and organisation
- Able to coach, train and motivate the team
- Flexible and solution-oriented to solve any issues that might arise
- Needs to be experienced in the hospitality sector (Desired)
