The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
At EL, we are looking for a positive and friendly individual, making sure all guests are welcomed with a smile and well-informed about the menu. The role requires being organized and able to manage a queue and wait times (we do not take bookings). You should be able to work as a team to allocate seating as soon as possible, including clearing tables and supporting the FOH team when necessary. Accommodating guests with alternative requirements (wheelchairs, buggies etc.) is essential. You must be polite and able to answer incoming calls and questions.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous Host/Customer service experience
- Bubbly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to monitor the table times and availability
