EL&N B2B is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Cold Section in London. You will be responsible for preparing salads and cold starters, managing the daily prep for both restaurant service and catering orders, and coordinating stock with the Head Chef.
The role requires hands-on experience, strong organisational and stock-management skills, and good communication with colleagues and suppliers. Persian cuisine experience is welcome but not essential.
