ELMYA is engaged in the renewable energy and electrical installations sector. Founded in 1966 to provide technical solutions for the domestic market, the company now operates in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and South America where it provides project development, engineering, construction and O&M services.We are looking for: Health and Safety and Environmental Manager. Their responsibilities will include acting as the Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager, reporting to the Project Manager. Their duties will include:Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.Monitoring and controlling waste management.Conducting audits.Managing relationships with clients.Evaluating information to determine compliance with regulations.Monitoring and coordinating incidents and accident investigations in projects.Identifying and establishing the need for HSE training.Creating HSE documents (risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plans, client-specific procedures, etc.) and reviewing contracts from an environmental, health, and safety perspective.Developing and implementing emergency plans. Requirements:NEBOSH and CDMIOSH managing SafetyBachelors / Diploma degree, preferably technical.Higher Technician in Occupational Health and Safety.Experience of at least 5 years as an Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Manager in an industrial construction project (preferably photovoltaic).Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively lead teams, with good communication skills and proactive approach.Drivers license.Geographical availability.
