About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Construction Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work closely with the Head of Construction Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project management, quantity surveying, cost control, procurement, and construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs and support financial control.
  • Assist with procurement of subcontractors, materials, and suppliers.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintain project documentation and performance records.
  • Assist with health and safety and quality compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the construction industry.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
