The nursery runs at full capacity with 70 places in a characterful period building. The team of 20 fully qualified staff includes an EYP and Nursery Teacher. The aim of the Nursery Manager is to promote and deliver the highest standards of childcare, early years education and customer service at all times. Two sister nurseries are within 2 miles, offering strong management and staff support.
The ideal candidate should ideally be qualified to at least Level 4 (degree desirable), have at least 2 years experience managing a setting to at least an OFSTED ‘Good’ standard or better, have good organisational, administrative and management skills and be an inspirational team leader.
Ongoing training, qualification and personal development is encouraged and supported. Benefits are extensive and negotiable for the right person. They include a salary package of £26-30,000pa (40 hrs/wk), negotiable hours of 36-40 hrs/wk, performance bonus, pension scheme and private health insurance.
