We are looking for a General Manager for a well-established carvery pub. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Food is firmly at the heart of what we do, with an average weekly turnover of £25,000 and a 70:30 food led sales mix. As a carvery business, Sunday trade is pivotal and delivering consistently high standards, strong pace and an exceptional guest experience is key to success. Situated next door to a hotel, the pub presents a real opportunity to build strong local partnerships and drive additional footfall by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships. The Elms also offers huge scope for growth through hosting events and engaging with the local community to enhance the success of this business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager who thrives in a food led environment, understands the importance of team engagement on busy peak sessions and is passionate about maximising sales through great standards, local partnerships and brilliant guest experiences.
