Elmore Community Services is a charity looking after people's mental health & complex need services located in Oxford. We provide support to individuals facing multiple challenges such as mental ill health, homelessness, domestic abuse, modern slavery, addictions, and abuse. We are committed to empowering individuals and transforming lives through comprehensive and integrated services.

This is a part-time maternity cover role as a Service Manager at Elmore Community Services. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our Domestic Abuse services. This includes coordinating and evaluating service delivery, supervising staff, maintaining relationships with community partners, and ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients. The Service Manager will work primarily from our location in Oxford, with flexibility for some remote work.
