In this role, you will interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team and undertake stock take, administration and other parts duties.
About you:
- Knowledge of truck parts
- Customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
- Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers
- Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for
- Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
- Source required parts and arrange dispatch
- Process payments and prepare invoices
