KLIMA is looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role involved in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality PVC joinery products including windows and doors. Full training will be provided through the KLIMA Training Matrix, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build practical manufacturing and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembling PVC joinery and installing window hardware
  • Cutting steel reinforcing and PVC extrusions accurately and efficiently
  • Reading and understanding job sheets
  • Welding PVC frames and sashes
  • Measuring, cutting, and installing transoms and mullions
  • Fitting hardware components to doors, windows, and sashes in line with factory standards
  • Packaging finished products ready for customer delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation at all times
  • Reporting machinery malfunctions immediately to management
  • Supporting the Technical & Maintenance Lead as required
  • Following all KLIMA rules, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Assisting with other general production duties as requested by management
Skills And Experiences
  • Some technical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Manufacturing or factory experience is an advantage, but not essential
