We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team in our residential facility. We are seeking for permanent part time position (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday) and Casual positions. This role is perfect for someone who shows empathy, treats others with dignity and respect, and enjoys supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

About You

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, or completion of at least the first year of Nursing study
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within aged care
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care for residents with complex needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow care plans
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A team player with a client-focused approach
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
