About You
- Certificate in Food Handling – desirable
- Practical understanding of catering and nutrition needs of older adults in residential care
- Ability to comply with safe work practices and food handling standards
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
- Basic kitchen knowledge and experience
- Ability to read and interpret dietary information
- Experience in aged care food service
- Knowledge and understanding of Person-Centred Care
- Familiarity with basic computer programs – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
