About the role:

  • Full Time - Monday to Friday
  • Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Tamworth Depot.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Organise Lubricant orders and dispatch
  • Process customer orders
  • Support team with everyday depot operations
  • Inventory control/stock management
  • End of month reconciliation
  • Administration duties

Your skills and experience include:

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
  • Good organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of HSSE & COR processes
  • Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
  • Previous administration experience
