Working closely with Traditional Owners, communities and stakeholders, we protect environmental, cultural and heritage values while supporting sustainable visitation and long‑term conservation.
As the Accommodation Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in linking strategy with on‑ground delivery across GORCAPA’s self‑operated coastal Caravan Parks and the Cape Otway Lightstation. - Support Park Managers with operational guidance, compliance, and workforce matters.
- Analyse accommodation performance and guest experience data to inform decision‑making and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, briefs, and correspondence for senior leaders, including insights on tourism trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Oversee permit holder compliance and support adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
- Contribute to rostering oversight and workforce planning, including peak‑season operations.
- Ensure alignment with OHS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a positive, continuous improvement culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for:

- Experience using booking and reporting systems (eg RMS or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report and brief preparation.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven initiative and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and communities.
- Advanced computer skills across word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems.
- Understanding of Crown Land principles and public sector experience (desirable).
