The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor
As a Training Advisor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
- Delivering Employability skills
- Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
- Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestone
Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122 or Diploma Higher in Adult Education
- Minimum qualification Certificate III in Individual Support
- Minimum 1 years’ Industry experience
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
- Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
