We currently have a full-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Jobs Advisor in our Chermside office.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor:

  • Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
  • Manage your own caseload of customers
  • Achieve agreed objectives and targets
  • Prepare and refer customers to activities to increase employability skills

Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success:

  • Customer service skills and/or experience
  • Driven to achieve outcomes and KPIs
  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or willing to obtain
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current QLD Blue Card
