The Role - A Day in the Life of a Business Advisor
You will provide flexible and practical Self-Employment Assistance to eligible participants, including the provision of business coaching, advice and mentoring services. Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide business mentoring and coaching services to new and established businesses under the Self-Employment program adhering to contractual requirements.
- Promote the service and engage with potential participants to meet set KPI’s in the selected Region.
- Manage a caseload of Self-Employment businesses to coach.
- Complete all required data entries into Workforce Australia Online and ETC Trackers, within KPI/guidelines and timeframes.
Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success:
- Relevant business qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a small business.
- Experience in providing advisory, facilitation and/or mentoring support to small businesses, including demonstrated ability to analyse and provide recommendations on a broad range of business issues.
- Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- A current, clear National Police Check.
- A current QLD Blue Card.
