Elcies is part of Lutheran Care, a for-purpose service supporting children, adults, and families through allied health, disability, and wellbeing programs. At Lutheran Care, we know that great client experiences start with great administration teams. This is more than a reception role — you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinics, supporting our Speech Pathology teams, helping families feel welcomed and supported, and keeping our services running smoothly behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, have NDIS experience, and love bringing calm to the chaos, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

The Allied Health Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality client journey across Elcies Allied Health services, while providing exceptional administrative support to clinicians. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end client experience, including intake, service allocation, appointment scheduling, billing, NDIS funding tracking, and ongoing communication with clients, families, support coordinators and plan managers to ensure services are delivered efficiently and without disruption.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end client journey from initial enquiry and onboarding, through ongoing service coordination, to completion and discharge from the service.
  • Manage intake, including gathering relevant background information and completing required intake documentation prior to service commencement.
  • Ensure appropriate client-to-clinician matching based on presenting needs, age, and clinician suitability.
  • Prepare service agreements and manage bookings in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Monitor and track client funding utilisation and service delivery alignment.
  • Coordinate client reallocations when clinicians change availability or exit the service, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Manage waitlists and support client allocation processes.

What’s in It for You?

Elcies Allied Health is a workplace that is kind, compassionate and genuinely values its people. When you join our team, you’ll have access to:

  • Boost your take-home pay with up to $15,900 p.a. in tax-free salary packaging options.
  • Enjoy an extra annual leave day every year.
  • Paid parental leave to support life’s important milestones.
  • A workplace that prioritises wellbeing, connection and flexibility.
  • A supportive leadership team that values collaboration, ideas and initiative.
  • Free onsite parking and systems designed to make work easier.
  • Quarterly workshops, team events, charity initiatives and a workplace culture built on genuine relationships and shared purpose.
  • The opportunity to be part of a growing allied health service making a meaningful difference in the community.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
