The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking for hard-working, reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly staff to join our team this Summer. You will work with our events coordinators and assist with a variety of roles available that cover all aspects of hospitality and the delivery of events. You will be based at our venue in North Kent set in the heart of a nature reserve where no two events are the same! It’s a fun and lively place to work and a great team to be a part of, with the opportunity to expand your skill set. Temporary position from early May to early October 2026.

Being part of our wider events and weddings team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Event set-up and breakdown
  • Bar work (basic drinks service under our licensed bar, stocking, card payment system, glass collecting)
  • Assistance with our Bell Tent Village set up and breakdown
  • Food Service and clearance for residential guests where required
  • Being a friendly point of contact to all of our guests and answering any questions, and accommodating any requests
  • Assisting our Front of House team in checking guests into our onsite accommodation
  • Working under the instruction from our Events and Weddings Coordinators and wider core team

Requirements:

  • Full clean UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle at all times
  • Flexible working pattern. Evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours are required regularly
  • Customer-facing role, so a smiley, positive and helpful attitude is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • 18+ years

This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kilos, throughout longer shifts
  • Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil tasks

Full training will be given on all tasks. This is a temporary position from May to October 2025 with the potential to become permanent. Hourly wage based on experience.
