Elmhurst Prep School is seeking an Early Years Lead for a full-time, on-site role at our school. The Early Years Lead will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Early Years curriculum, providing a nurturing environment that supports the learning and development of young children. Responsibilities include mentoring and managing Early Years staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, tracking pupil progress, and fostering positive relationships with families.
