We are looking for a professional and motivated full-time EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team. This is a varied field-based role suited to someone organised, reliable, and confident working independently across residential properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:

  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
  • Inventory reports
  • Check-out inspections
  • Mid-term inspections
  • Compliance visits and reporting
