We are looking for a reliable and professional self-employed EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team. This is a flexible, field-based role suitable for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently across residential properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Inventory reports
- Check-out inspections
- Mid-term inspections
- Compliance visits and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
- Strong attention to detail
