The business also uses bespoke online systems to simplify bookings, reporting and tenant communications.
We are looking for a professional and motivated full-time EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team. This is a varied field-based role suited to someone organised, reliable, and confident working independently across residential properties.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Inventory reports
- Check-out inspections
- Mid-term inspections
- Compliance visits and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and impartial approach to reporting
- Ability to manage workload and appointments efficiently
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Previous experience in property inspections preferred but not essential
