We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Domestic Energy Assessors, Retrofit Assessors, and Stock Condition Assessors. Whether you are qualified in one or more of these areas, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic energy assessments (EPCs) in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035 standards.
- Complete stock condition surveys, reporting on the state and lifecycle of housing components.
- Deliver accurate, detailed reports using handheld devices and specialist software.
- Liaise with homeowners, tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth survey processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
- Experience in Stock Condition Surveys is a strong advantage; however, full training will be provided by BSN if the applicant has no experience.
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
