As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant at ERS, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of sustainability and Building Regulations assessments across the built environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out SAP & SBEM assessments for both new and existing developments. While prior knowledge of SAP or SBEM is advantageous, full training and support will be provided.
Working on high‑profile projects across residential and commercial sectors, you will contribute to energy strategies that support planning applications and ensure regulatory compliance, developing your technical expertise while impacting the transition to more sustainable buildings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree qualified (or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, or a Built Environment discipline.
- Some experience within the built environment or a related sustainability role (placements and internships welcomed).
- Previous industry placement or relevant work experience is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of CAD or similar modelling software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- A proactive, personable, motivated individual with a flexible and resilient approach.
