At Elmfield, we don’t just teach to a curriculum; we nurture the whole human being.

- Holds QTS and has demonstrable experience teaching Science up to GCSE level.
- Has a genuine interest in, or experience with, Rudolf Steiner's educational philosophy.
- Can transition seamlessly between the demands of external examinations and the imaginative, artistic work of the Main Lesson curriculum.
