Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School is seeking a creative and dedicated Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our vibrant community. At Elmfield, we don’t just teach to a curriculum; we nurture the whole human being.

We are looking for an educator who can bridge the gap between the imaginative, ensemble-driven Steiner Waldorf tradition and the academic rigor of GCSE Drama. Whether you have a background in Humanities, English Literature, or a practical craft, we value educators who can contribute to the multidisciplinary nature of our Upper School curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS and has demonstrable experience teaching Science up to GCSE level.
  • Has a genuine interest in, or experience with, Rudolf Steiner's educational philosophy.
  • Can transition seamlessly between the demands of external examinations and the imaginative, artistic work of the Main Lesson curriculum.
