Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School is seeking a creative and dedicated Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our vibrant community. We are looking for an educator who can bridge the gap between the imaginative, ensemble-driven Steiner Waldorf tradition and the academic rigor of GCSE Drama.
While Drama is your primary passion, the ability to offer a second subject is highly beneficial. Whether you have a background in Humanities, English Literature, or a practical craft, we value educators who can contribute to the multidisciplinary nature of our Upper School curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS and has demonstrable experience teaching Science up to GCSE level.
- Has a genuine interest in, or experience with, Rudolf Steiner's educational philosophy.
- Can transition seamlessly between the demands of external examinations and the imaginative, artistic work of the Main Lesson curriculum.
