We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor (or Senior QS) with a solid groundworks and civils background to join our commercial team. We specialise in delivering groundworks and enabling packages for the modular construction sector – schools, healthcare and commercial sites across the UK.
You’ll take the lead on monthly valuations, subcontract management and cost reporting across multiple live projects, working closely with our operations team.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and manage monthly valuations, cost reports and final accounts.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments and variations.
- Support project teams in cost control and commercial planning.
- Work on groundworks, drainage and external works for modular building installations.
- Liaise directly with clients and site teams to keep projects on track.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in groundworks / civils, ideally within modular or education projects.
- Confident in managing costs, contracts and change control.
- Able to work independently across several live jobs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
