Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking a Senior Housing Standards Officer to improve housing conditions and raise standards across the borough's private rented sector. You will investigate complaints, undertake inspections using HHSRS, and determine interventions from guidance through to enforcement, reporting to the Housing Standards Manager.
You will lead complex cases, prepare legal documents, and represent the Council in court when required, working with residents, landlords, agents and fire.
