We are recognised as a leader in the UK for industrial coatings, spray equipment & welding solutions and committed to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
Our Area Sales Managers are responsible for driving sales of coatings, paint shop consumables and application equipment to both new and existing customers within the manufacturing sector to achieve the company’s revenue targets. We cover a diverse client base, from steel fabricators to premium kitchen manufacturers.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales within your designated territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout your region, alongside monthly visits to our Gloucester headquarters for meetings and training.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Prospecting: Proactively seek out and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- All face-to-face meetings, demonstrations and MSIs (Meaningful Sales Interactions) are logged in Hub Spot within 24 hours.
- Hubspot sales pipelines are updated weekly.
- Attend all Sales Meetings in person.
Proven experience in a field-based sales role with a strong track record of sales achievement and the ability to develop client relationships is required. A full UK driving license is also necessary.
