Are you looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting two Community, Health and Wellbeing Managers to help deliver our ambitious Connected Communities approach. These senior roles are for inspirational leaders who believe in the strengths of communities and can turn vision into practical, resident‑focused delivery.
About the role
- You will help shape and lead a new service, embedding Elmbridge’s Connected Communities model across community support, health and wellbeing.
- Provide strategic leadership, manage frontline and project staff.
- Work closely with partners across the health and voluntary sectors.
- Champion inclusion.
- Balance strategy with hands‑on delivery.
- You will also deputise for the Head of Community, Health and Wellbeing when needed.
About you
- You will be a confident, values‑driven leader with experience leading teams, influencing change and working in a coaching, enabling way.
- You will have strong communication skills, be comfortable making decisions and using data to drive action.
- You will be committed to equality, inclusion and community‑led solutions.
- Project management experience is desirable but not essential.
