The practice provides care for approximately 12000 patients from a modern, purpose‑built health centre reflecting long‑term clinical quality, organisational stability and strong leadership. We pride ourselves on being technologically progressive and willing to lead change rather than react to it. This is a senior strategic leadership role suited to a confident, capable business leader who enjoys complexity, responsibility and the opportunity to shape how an organisation works.
Key responsibilities:
- Senior leadership across the practice
- Line management and development of a large multidisciplinary workforce
- Financial management, budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting strategic planning and organisational development
- Driving service improvement, efficiency and modern ways of working
