We are now seeking to appoint an exceptional Administration Officer to join our Team.
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents, professionals, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while delivering a high-quality administrative service. The successful candidate will support our Senior HR/Administration Officer and the School Business Manager, to manage key school systems, and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient school environment.
The Role
- Responsibility for assisting in managing the school office
- Dealing with visitors or enquiries to the school office
- Assisting in the maintenance of the various school computerised databases of pupil and staff information
- To provide administrative support to the school teachers as appropriate
- Other duties and responsibilities consistent with the grade of the post
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Previous experience in a school setting and familiarity with administrative systems such as Arbor would be beneficial.
