Supported Living Support Worker Location: Elm Park Lodge, Fichley Hours: Full-time, Part-time, and Bank (Days and Nights on a rota) Salary: £12.21 per hour ML Homes is seeking qualified and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We are looking for committed, experienced staff who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will be working with adults who have mental health conditions, Korsakoff’s syndrome, and mild learning disabilities, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Essential Requirements * NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Preferred) * Previous experience in a care setting (Preferred) * Experience working with adults facing mental health challenges (Required) Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive care and support to all residents. * Empower and encourage residents to engage in activities that support their physical and emotional well-being. * Deliver person-centred support tailored to each resident’s individual needs. * Support residents with medication compliance and welfare needs. * Monitor and report any changes in mental health presentation or welfare needs to management. * Apply safeguarding principles and report concerns to protect residents from harm, neglect, or abuse. * Assist residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. * Ensure a consistently high standard of care and support.
