As Manager, Sustainability Policy, you\’ll help lead strategic responses to climate change and environmental risk. You’ll develop thought leadership, advocate for net-zero transition planning and collaborate across sectors to drive sustainable finance policy.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor UK and global sustainable finance policies and develop clear, strategic responses.
- Draft impactful policy papers, consultation responses and thought leadership materials.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in government, regulation and industry.
- Manage working groups and coordinate engagement around key sustainability events.
- Support internal reporting and help drive cross-team collaboration.
Key skills and experience required
- Experience in sustainable finance, regulation, climate or public policy.
- Strong understanding of transition planning, climate finance and sustainability frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex policy issues into clear messaging.
