As Manager, Sustainability Policy, you\’ll help lead strategic responses to climate change and environmental risk. You’ll develop thought leadership, advocate for net-zero transition planning and collaborate across sectors to drive sustainable finance policy.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor UK and global sustainable finance policies and develop clear, strategic responses.
  • Draft impactful policy papers, consultation responses and thought leadership materials.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in government, regulation and industry.
  • Manage working groups and coordinate engagement around key sustainability events.
  • Support internal reporting and help drive cross-team collaboration.

Key skills and experience required

  • Experience in sustainable finance, regulation, climate or public policy.
  • Strong understanding of transition planning, climate finance and sustainability frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex policy issues into clear messaging.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Relevant qualification in sustainability, economics or financial services (or equivalent experience).
