The Opportunity

This is a pivotal hire: a Senior Account Director who will act as a right hand to the Founder and play a central role in scaling the business. You will lead from the front - pitching, winning and growing client relationships - while shaping how the agency evolves. The role requires confidence, commercial instinct and the hunger to build. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships across major consumer brands
  • Drive new business activity, from chemistry meetings to pitch delivery and conversion
  • Shape strategic responses that reflect a deep understanding of social-first thinking
  • Partner closely with the Founder to scale the agency sustainably and ambitiously
  • Provide confident counsel to clients, reading the room and adapting approach accordingly

  • Proven experience at Account Director level and above within a social or integrated agency
