Working as part of their small, 3 person stakeholder communications team you will report to the Interim Stakeholder Engagement Lead, working closely with their central communications practice and policy teams. This role will see you responsible for supporting the stakeholder engagement and communications programme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and be the first point of contact for all current and potential stakeholders, identifying and creating new, innovative opportunities to improve engagement with their stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all intelligence and insight gained is shared appropriately throughout the organisation, producing content for their communication channels.
  • Working closely with the policy team to understand and shape stakeholder engagement and communication requirements for the policy programmes.
  • Managing all content, messaging and co-ordination around events and round tables in support of their objectives.

Whilst experience within financial services, particularly payment systems, is desirable it is not essential. However, an understanding of complex policy and highly regulated sectors will be required.
