The opportunity: As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising digital marketing activity across paid media and email marketing. This is a technical marketing role which combines PPC, paid social, email campaigns and marketing automation, with responsibility for driving brand awareness, audience engagement and conversion across a range of products and services. You will manage Google Ads activity, including Google Ad Grants, oversee paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, and work closely with agency partners to ensure strong performance and return on investment.
You will use data and insight to inform decisions, track campaign performance, and report on results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will contribute to email marketing campaigns, customer journeys and content creation, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. Main responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing and campaign optimisation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Set up tracking and reporting using GA4 and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and deliver email marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys and compelling digital content, while collaborating with stakeholders on wider marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated marketing campaigns and drive audience engagement.
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, conversion tracking, campaign reporting and performance optimisation.
- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns, automation journeys and audience segmentation strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, digital best practice, GDPR compliance and emerging marketing technologies.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded, with excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
