Our client is an entrepreneurial public affairs consultancy. They have a growing client base and and have always championed flexibility. They are remote-first, supportive of part-time schedules, and driven by outcomes rather than hours.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a senior hire, at Associate Director or Director level, who will focus on driving new business and exploring fresh market opportunities. Sectors could be financial services, technology or built environment.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Significant experience in UK public affairs.
  • A proven track record of successful business development and lead generation, ideally within a consultancy, or from an in-house role with clear entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong commercial judgement with a track record of closing deals.
  • A well-established network in one or more relevant sectors.
  • The resilience to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in crafting proposals and delivering pitches.
  • Comfortable working independently and flexibly.
