This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused communications professional to join a high-performing and entrepreneurial team. You will play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns and digital strategies for clients operating in complex and often high-profile contexts. The role offers significant international exposure, opportunity for regular travel and the chance to work on high-impact mandates with senior stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital communications strategies across sensitive, high-profile client accounts
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including drafting, scheduling and publishing content for senior individuals and organisations
- Develop digital narratives that support reputation management, public positioning and campaign objectives
- Monitor online conversations, media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, providing real‑time insight and recommendations
- Support crisis and issues management through rapid-response digital content and messaging
- Conduct digital and stakeholder research, including audience mapping and platform analysis, to inform strategy
- Analyse campaign performance and produce insight‑led reports to refine and optimise activity
- Work closely with colleagues across strategy, research and public affairs to deliver integrated client programmes
- Provide hands‑on support to senior clients, ensuring digital output is accurate, timely and aligned with wider communications objectives
- Monitor political, regulatory and media landscapes to inform campaign activity
- Experience in digital communications within an agency, in‑house or public sector environment
- Strong understanding of social media, digital campaigning and online engagement strategies
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with sound judgement
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working on campaigns involving complex or sensitive issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Interest in geopolitics and international affairs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Likely to have 3–5 years’ relevant experience – this will not be suitable for someone more experienced and there is no flexibility here
