Role Purpose: The Partnership Success Manager will play a pivotal role within the Chain Partnerships team, acting as the bridge between new partner acquisition and ongoing partner engagement. Working closely with the Commercial Partnerships Lead, Client Services team and internal stakeholders, the role will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, implementation, operational management and optimisation of chain partnerships. This includes managing launch activity, stock allocation, promotional campaigns, partner testing, contracting support and day-to-day relationship management. The successful candidate will ensure partners experience a seamless journey from contract signature through to launch and ongoing delivery, helping maximise commercial performance, operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Onboarding & Implementation: Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new chain partners. Coordinate partner launches, ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time. Act as the key liaison between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product and other internal teams throughout onboarding. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Operations Manager and Operational teams, to ensure successful implementation of partnerships. Support the transition of new partners from commercial agreement to operational delivery.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with chain partners. Act as a day-to-day operational contact for partner queries and requests. Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and commercial outcomes. Ensure partnerships are delivered in line with contractual obligations and agreed service levels. Support partner retention through proactive relationship management.
- Commercial & Contract Support: Support the Commercial Partnerships Lead during the contracting process. Coordinate documentation and partner requirements to facilitate successful partnership launches. Assist with the delivery of commercial initiatives that drive growth across the chain partnership portfolio.
- Campaign & Offer Management: Coordinate and manage free stock campaigns and promotional activity. Support the delivery of heightened partner offers and tactical campaigns. Work alongside Marketing and Client Services teams to maximise partner participation and campaign success. Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Testing & Operational Excellence: Coordinate testing for new partner launches, promotional activity and platform developments. Identify and resolve implementation issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Continuously review partnership processes and recommend operational improvements. Maintain accurate records and reporting across company systems and CRM platforms.
- Compliance: Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2022, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential: Previous experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, Client Services, Commercial Operations or a similar role. Experience managing onboarding, implementation or project delivery activities. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High attention to detail and ability to deliver against deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM systems.
Desirable: Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, retail or loyalty partnerships. Experience supporting commercial contracts and partnership agreements. Experience coordinating promotional campaigns or marketing activity. Understanding of membership, rewards or loyalty programmes.
