Role:
As the CRM Executive, reporting into the CRM Manager you will be responsible for providing timely, relevant and personalised customer communications through multi-channel journeys including email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, and Direct Mail. Your objective is to improve customer, client and partner acquisition, drive engagement, improve sentiment and reduce cancellation to increase customer lifetime value.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative CRM Executive to join the CRM team and help in supporting this journey. You will have hands-on experience in campaign planning, building, implementing and testing CRM programmes to drive positive engagement and sales acquisition. You'll be a collaborative team member and confident communicator who can engage all levels of the business to deliver our multi-channel CRM marketing strategy.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Responsible for production, delivery & performance of email campaigns to support our weekly BAU email programme.
- Ownership of briefing, building and testing email campaigns according to the CRM campaign schedule.
- Working with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to define and agree the contents of weekly emails and promotional activity.
- Working with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Deliver campaigns on time whilst ensuring they are legally compliant (GDPR).
- Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2022, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.
Experience Required:
- 12 months experience working within a CRM team.
- Experienced in planning and creating CRM briefs, building and executing customer engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app notifications.
- Experience of handling customer data and GDPR best practices, customer segmentation and journey automations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to derive insight and optimise journeys against defined customer engagement KPIs.
- Adopts A/B testing frameworks to deliver incremental improvements that influence engagement KPIs and high-level commercial results such as retention rates and lifetime value.
- Strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects against set deadlines.
- Collaborative approach to working with Marketing, Creative/Brand teams, and Customer Services teams.
- Experience with Email Service Providers such as Iterable or similar (Braze, Kalviyo, DotDigital).
