Role: Client Services Manager
Reports to: Head of Client Services
Hours: Permanent, full-time (39.5 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in Huddersfield office
Joining the Client Services team - supporting the onboarding, delivery and ongoing management of Ellos premium client portfolio including Compare the Market, Lloyds, Vodafone, O2 Priority and Vitality ensuring we offer excellence in service and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will go above and beyond to deliver outstanding client services, delivering all contractual obligations, alongside identifying avenues for growth and additional revenue opportunities from the client. The goal is to nurture, grow and secure renewals for all clients.
Role Purpose: To oversee the onboarding, delivery and management of Ellos existing client portfolio. Ensuring we offer excellence in service and client satisfaction. Alongside supporting the new business function with new client opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on key client relationships maintaining excellent communication and ensuring their needs are being met.
- Having a well-rounded knowledge of our business including marketing, technical, data/insight and operational functions to advise on day-to-day delivery expectations for the client.
- Attending and presenting in client meetings sharing updates on product, performance as well as market and industry updates.
- Managing client requests and working with internal stakeholders to deliver them effectively.
- Reviewing data reports and analysing them to spot trends and opportunities.
- Sharing reports and feedback to upper management on performance, what is and isn't working.
- Managing client stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Keeping clients informed about new developments in the company’s products.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled for clients.
- Working with the Head of Client Services and Commercial Partnerships Director to develop client growth strategies.
- Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2022, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.
Required skills and Experience:
- A confident, proactive individual who is experienced, self-motivated, and able to deliver clear objectives.
- They must have the skills to communicate effectively to both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- It is key that they are socially adept so they can go from simple chats on the phone to senior stakeholder meetings.
- Can be the face of Ello for clients.
- Demonstrate previous experience in a client management role.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market across all Ello products including improvements, changes, and future expectations of the market.
