Ellisons is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the L&D function across six offices in Ipswich and surrounding areas. You will design, deliver and govern learning initiatives to support apprentices, trainees and CILEX qualification paths, while aligning with the firm’s strategic objectives.
You will influence learning design, manage projects, collaborate with HR and external providers, and drive continuous improvement and wellbeing initiatives for colleagues at all levels.
