HR Assistant


Location: Colchester (office based)


Salary: £Competitive

About the role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and driven individual to join our busy but fun HR Department and provide support in all areas of HR administration. You will be the HR system super-user as well as undertake a variety of administration tasks, including but not limited to payroll, processing changes to terms and conditions, recruitment administration, managing the starter/leaver process, producing KPI reports and having your own projects. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will also provide support to the Head of HR.


About you:


You will have had previous experience in a fast-paced administration support role, preferably in a professional services environment. Whilst HR experience would be desirable, more importantly, you will be a highly resilient and motivated self-starter, able to work equally well as a team or independently as required. Your planning, prioritisation and time management skills must be second to none as should your interpersonal and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are your strengths and you will have the ability to adapt in line with the needs of the department and Firm.
