Ellisons Solicitors is a top 200 UK firm, and one of the region’s oldest, most established and fastest growing, with a team of over 260 colleagues, including 34 partners. The firm has several offices located across Essex and Suffolk. We are a member of the Alliott Global Alliance (a worldwide alliance of independent professional firms).
We are looking for a junior Corporate lawyer to join Team Ellisons. With an already exceptionally strong client base, we are looking to achieve further growth and build on our success in this specialism.
You will be a confident, proactive, motivated individual who is able to assist the team on complex, high value transactions as well as having the opportunity to manage and lead your own less complex transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a highly successful, friendly Firm where colleagues and clients come first.
Ideally you will have experience, whether as a qualified lawyer or as a trainee, in working on share acquisitions and disposals, sales to employment ownership trust as well as share incentive schemes, shareholder and investment agreements. We are also interested in hearing from newly qualified lawyers who are looking for the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in this area of law.
