We are looking for a highly organised, friendly and professional individual to join our Residential Conveyancing New Business Team. This is a key client‑facing role and would ideally suit someone with previous Residential Conveyancing experience, although we welcome applications from candidates with relevant administrative or professional services backgrounds.

You will be responsible for speaking and corresponding with new and existing clients, assisting with general enquiries, arranging appointments, opening new files, processing deed and document relinquishments, and supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks as needed.

A successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a calm and professional manner.
