Your Role

At EIT we are seeking an experienced and detail orientated Team Executive Assistant to support a fast‑paced and high‑impact leadership team within our AI & Robotics function. This is far more than a traditional EA role; you'll act as the operational backbone of the leadership team, ensuring priorities are clear, decisions are actioned, and the team runs seamlessly. You'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum, enabling leaders to focus on what matters most.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries across multiple senior leaders, optimising time and priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings end‑to‑end, including logistics, materials, and follow‑ups.
  • Arrange international travel and manage last‑minute changes seamlessly.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events, workshops, and leadership sessions.
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams, ensuring alignment and execution.
  • Track actions and decisions, ensuring progress and accountability, offering strategic input where required.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment where there are competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to multi‑task.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player that can act on initiative and also work autonomously.
  • Experience managing events, logistics, and complex scheduling.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Working Together - What It Involves

You must have the right to work permanently in the UK with a willingness to travel as necessary. You will live in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford (or be willing to relocate) and can commit to being fully office‑based Monday - Thursday with Fridays working from home. Please note, we cannot accommodate more working from home days in addition to the working from home day on Fridays.
