The Ellison Institute, LLC is seeking a Senior Scientist in AMR genomics to join the Pathogen Program.

This predominantly desk-based role collaborates across teams to curate AMR data, develop rules for predicting antimicrobial phenotype from genotype, and support genome and AST datasets in a fast-paced research environment.

You will work with ML models on antimicrobial prediction, liaise with stakeholders across disciplines, and contribute to publications and open datasets.
