We are looking to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our school family. We are a warm and inclusive Primary school at the heart of its community, situated just a few miles north of Lincoln. Our aim as a Church of England school is 'educating for life in all its fullness'. We are deeply committed to high quality professional development for all our staff.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who:

  • Has a passion (and experience ideally) for Early Years Education
  • Is caring and compassionate with high expectations
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to evidence experience of working successfully within a team
  • Is hard working, organised and flexible
  • Has confidence in working with classes and groups of children
  • Can support children with their emotional and social development
  • Is able to follow the school's behaviour management policy effectively
  • Is able to communicate effectively with parents/carers
